Along the Viking Trail

Arrive into Svolvaer in the Lofoten Islands and take your transfer to your secluded lodge on shores of Hov beach. Enjoy dinner at the restored barnhouse and keep watch for the Northern Lights!

After breakfast, meet your guide at the stables and set off on a horseriding tour along the old Viking trails! Ride along white sand beaches, past ancient burial grounds and remnants of a Viking Village. This evening, paddle along the frozen coastline by kayaks in search of the Aurora!

Take the short transfer to Eggum and join your local guide for a snowshoe hike in the beautiful mountains of the archipelago. Follow animal tracks, and stop for storytelling around a campfire as you take in the views! This evening relax at your lodge or in the beachfront Sauna under the Arctic skies.

Enjoy a final day exploring Hov before taking your transfer for your onwards journey.
