A day to explore and learn
Today you will get a boat transfer to Qassiarsuk; enjoy the incredible scenery as you hug the coastline during the two hour trip. You will visit the UNESCO World Heritage Site, Erik the Red’s farm replica and also his wife’s church and learn all about this impressive Viking and his importance in Greenlandic history.
You will then transfer by road to Tasiusaq to enjoy an amazing kayaking experience in the fjords amongst the icebergs! Your trip is beautifully rounded up with a special dinner at a local home with a sheep farming couple who will be able to share with you their lifestyle and traditions as well as serving delicious Greenlandic fare!
