Each year when the snow has begun to fall and water in the Torne river has frozen over the Icehotel is built and open for the winter season. You can also discover the Icehotel 365 which is open year-round and hosts the magnificent Deluxe Suites!

With this particular example itinerary, our Adventure Artists have designed a visit to this unique accommodation. As with all our itineraries, this can be completely tailor-made for you allowing you to decide where and when you might like to stay in the Ice hotel, and what activities you want to add.

Day 1

Arrival

Arrive into Kiruna and take your transfer to the Icehotel. Check into a Kaamos warm room and enjoy a delicious dinner at the ICE restaurant.

Day 2

Icehotel tour

Take a guided tour of the hotel including all the individually designed Art suites and sculptures.

You have the day to take part in some incredible activities – anything from snowmobiling to husky sledding. Let our Adventure Artist know what you might like to take part in and they can work that into your itinerary.

Day 3

Ice Art

Join an Ice sculpting class and create your own Ice art sculpture.

For your final night you’ll experience one of the magnificent Deluxe Suites in the Icehotel 365 where you will have your own private bathroom.
