The North of Greenland is somewhere we are really familiar with and whether you want to stay in a cosy local hotel, a gorgeous coastal cabin or a real life igloo there is – despite the remote location – quite a few options! Southern Greenland is another new area Off the Map Travel are offering where, like the more remote reaches of the Nordics, the properties might be a little more basic but boast some of the best views in the whole region – imagine waking up to see floating icebergs or miles and miles of nothing but lush green hills and white-capped mountains? That – to us  – is more of a ‘luxury’ than just a fancy hotel.
