Arrival in Levi and Glass Igloo Stay

You arrive at Kittilä Airport and are met for a private transfer into the snow covered fells of Finnish Lapland. As you travel through forests and open valleys, the stillness of the Arctic landscape sets the tone for the journey ahead. You reach Levin Iglut, perched on the hillside with wide open views across the valley and sky.

After checking in, you have time to settle into your glass igloo and begin to unwind. Heated panoramic windows frame the surrounding wilderness, allowing you to remain warm while fully immersed in the landscape. A welcome drink marks the start of your Arctic adventure, offering a moment to slow down and take in the quiet.

As night falls, you enjoy a three course dinner in the restaurant, showcasing Nordic flavours and seasonal ingredients. Afterwards, you may return to your igloo to watch the stars appear overhead, with the possibility of the Northern Lights illuminating the sky. You spend the night at Levin Iglut in Prime Superior and Suite Glass Igloos.

Day 2

Ice Fishing, Sauna Rituals and Northern Lights Photography

You begin the day with breakfast overlooking the snowy valley before heading out onto a frozen lake for a guided ice fishing experience. You learn traditional techniques, drill through thick ice, and enjoy the calm of the winter wilderness. A crackling fire, hot drinks, and the silence of the lake create a truly atmospheric setting.

Lunch follows before you return to Levin Iglut for a private Arctic wellness experience. You relax in the sauna and outdoor hot tub, where steam rises into the cold air and the contrast between heat and snow brings deep relaxation.

In the evening, you enjoy a three course dinner served upstairs before setting out on a Northern Lights photography tour. Travelling by minivan with expert guides, you explore remote locations chosen for clear skies and optimal Aurora conditions. Late at night, you return to your glass igloo, falling asleep beneath the Arctic sky.

Day 3

Husky Sledding and Nordic Dining

After the ride, you visit the husky kennel and learn about the dogs and their life in the Arctic, accompanied by hot drinks. Lunch follows before a relaxed afternoon back at Levin Iglut. You may choose to soak in the outdoor hot tub or simply enjoy the changing light through the glass ceiling.

In the evening, you are treated to a five course dinner, highlighting refined Nordic cuisine. The night is free to relax and watch the sky, where stars and Northern Lights often make an appearance.
