Day by Day Itinerary
Arrival
Arrive into Evenes Airport and meet your private chauffeur who is ready to take your bags and luggage. You, however, are heading to meet your helicopter who will transport you above the picturesque landscape to arrive at Villa Efjord. On arrival, depending on your flight times you will either have lunch or dinner prepared by your chef. This evening you will enjoy an amazing dinner before heading out with your Northern Lights guide and professional photographer. You will arrive at a traditional lavvu to listen to Sami stories, enjoy a ‘joik’ (Sami song) and search the skies for the Northern Lights above.
Dog Sledding
Enjoy a delicious chef-prepared breakfast this morning with all your favourite foods. Afterwards, your guide will take you on a magical dog sledding adventure through the stunning surroundings of Efjord. You will arrive at a beautiful location in the wilderness where your chef will prepare a private Sami lunch over open fire before returning to the Villa. Relax this evening in the villa with dinner and the possibility of enjoying a sauna or heading out to see the Northern Lights.
A day at sea
After breakfast this morning you will meet your skipper and board the MS Discovery. Set sail into the fjords for the most amazing views and enjoy a fishing lesson in the Arctic waters to see if you can catch some of the local species! After the fishing, your skipper will guide the boat to an abandoned lighthouse on a secluded island where your chef is waiting to do a cookery lesson on how to prepare and cook the delicious catch! After dinner, a local musician will perform beautiful melodies from the top of the lighthouse as you search the skies for the Aurora. What an amazing end to your stay in Norway!
A trip to the ICEHOTEL
After breakfast, a special treat lies in store!
Your helicopter awaits to take you across the border to Swedish Lapland to visit the world famous ICEHOTEL! Enjoy a private tour of the hotel and see the expertly hand-carved rooms and enjoy a drink in the ice bar before meeting with your private chauffeur who has brought your luggage and continue to Kiruna Airport for your return or onward journey.
